BicFic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA notice to us with the following information:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address)
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing content appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

2. Where to Send DMCA Notices

Please send all DMCA takedown notices to our designated agent via email:

Email: [email protected]

We recommend using the subject line: DMCA Takedown Request – [Your Name]

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
  • Notify the person who posted the content that it has been removed
  • Provide that person with information about how to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.
